EA FC 26 Squad Builder Strategy

A team builder guide for Deal or No Deal Football. Learn how to use the banker, manage risk, and build a high-rated 4-3-3 squad using EA FC 26 player ratings.

Start with the spine

In any squad builder, the goalkeeper and center backs are the foundation. In Deal or No Deal Football, the 4-3-3 build order is GK → LB → CB → CB → RB → CM → CM → CAM → LW → ST → RW. Prioritize safety in the first few rounds. A strong defense keeps the match simulation tight even if your attack is average.

Read the banker offer

The banker's offer is based on the average rating still hidden in the cases and the risk of the next elimination. If several low-rated players are already gone, the offer rises. Compare the offered player to the average of the remaining cases before you accept a deal.

When to accept or reject

Accept when the offered player is close to the best possible case still in play. Reject when the weak players have mostly been eliminated and your personal case has a strong chance of being elite. In the final two, swap if your case has felt like the weaker option throughout the round.

Balance attack and defense

A top striker helps, but the match simulation rewards a balanced team. Midfielders and defenders reduce the AI's chance to score. Do not spend all your luck on one position.

Practice in Quick 4v4

Use the Quick 4v4 team builder mode to learn the banker flow without playing all eleven rounds. It is the fastest way to test risk levels and build confidence before a full match.
